I'll be teaching a week long rock and roll camp from June 25 through the 29th. Drums, bass, guitar and more are all welcome. This class is taught through the Community Education program in Hood River.

Wow, it's been along time since I put anything in here.That's because I've been on a tripvisiting Sun Ra in one of the outer dimensions. It's amazing how time flys when you're caught in an interdimensional time rip without a paddle.

In July I'll be teaching two classes at California Coast Music Camp. If you've never heard of the camp, you should check it out.

The Bohemian Social Club will be at the River City Saloon tonight. 9:00 PM

It'll be a fun weekend at The Mint in The Dalles. First it's the Hapa Hillbillies on Friday (3:00 - 6:00). Then on Staurday it'll be the Bohemian Social Club ripping the place apart. Friday night it'll be Django's Cadillac at the Trillium. Busy weekend. Happy Thanksgiving!

Sat., Nov 12 at the Trillium will be the inaugural gig for the Bohemian Social Club. This will be fun.

We did sound for Joe today for a couple of kid's/educational shows at local schools. Man, he's great. The guy even played his boot lace. Jam at a friends tonight. Should be a real good time.

Had a great gig at the Trillium. I played bass. Ben Bonham on slide guitar, Kerry on mando, Larry Wyatt on guitar Dennis Williams on clarinet, and Bruce on drums. We played a bunch New Orleans sounding stuff, hot jazz and ragtime. The place was rocking. We're calling this particular configuration of players, "Meat and Booze", in honor of the things we hold most dear.

Had a good gig with Buck Smith and the Connolly Brothers at the Trillium last night. Buck continues to amaze.

Just got back from Jam Camp in time to take a shower and drag the bass over to Jackson Park where the Hapa Hillbillies are opening for a salsa band. Whoopee Wahooo! (which is what I wanted to name my kids)

Playing with the Hapa Hillbillies this afternoon from 2:00 to 4:00 at the Hood River Country store. Then this evening it'll be me, Kerry, Barney Connolly and the ledgendary Buck Smith at the Trillium Cafe. If you don't know Buck, you should. Buck used to be Merle Travis's rhythm guitar player and does the best Travis picking this side of...well... Merle Travis. 7:30 ish or so at the Trillium Cafe in Hood River.

Tomorrow night, Aug 11, Django;s cadillac will host local's nght at the park. Last week there were 2500 people there for this. We're excited!
